A tax lawyer is an expert in monitoring various illegal tax related activities which can invite negative attention from Indian Revenue services. Whenever an individual is a subject of an Indian Revenue Service audit he will need the consultation of a tax lawyer.
A tax lawyer educates his clients about fines and penalties one has to face in case of tax evasion. He identifies various exemptions an individual can have in his tax payment and defends his clients in court.
